MPR 1 Off Air

Last night with only two hours warning our server host makeavoice.com, decided to change our server and along with it our stream IP. This has effectively wiped us off the net entirely.

MPR 1 had been added to well over 2000 conduit toolbars and was included in all major directories and apps, this has now been totally destroyed.

The move to a new server has now taken place despite our protests and makavoice.com have also managed to lose all our data taking us off air totally. The damage done to our infrastructure will be assessed once communication with makeavoice.com has been established, but it is feared that the damage will be beyond sensible repair and we will close for good.

Starting late evening on the 25th August 2009 we will be carrying out an experiment on Mind Potion Radio. For around 48 hours MPR will switch to an ambient music mix to monitor response and demand for possible future changes.

It's something which we have been considering and experimenting with for quite some time, and now M.P.R is on the air.

At present "Mind Potion Radio (MPR) is broadcasting music only but eventually we aim to have a wide range of speech programming also. Subject matter will be everything from the paranormal to the inspirational. Anyone who is interested in hosting their own show please email mindpotion@operamail.com for further details.
